SHIPPING POLICIES

Liam & Ava is located int he United States.  All RTS items will be shipped within 2-3 business days after placing your order. Items that are not RTS will be posted with the shipping time frame on the original listing.  Once your items are in the hands of the shipping service, it is out of our hands, and we are no longer responsible for your package.  Liam & Ava is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

 RETURNED MAIL

If a package is returned, I will contact you and figure out why it was returned.  Make sure that your form of payment has current and correct address as this is what we will be using.  You will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to have it mailed to you.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Buyer is responsible for any customs or postal fees that are charged to ship to your country.  Liam & Ava will not cover any of those fees.  Be aware of any fees you may be obligated to pay before making a purchase.
