Anika | Headband

Each headband is carefully handmade, making every piece one of a kind. Slight variations in appearance are to be expected and only add to their charm. Designed with a soft jersey tie, each headband is adjustable to fit from newborn through toddler sizes.

Because they’re delicate, headbands should be stored in a safe, dry place where they won’t be crushed. Please note that dried flowers may naturally shed over time.

We take great pride in the craftsmanship and beauty of our props. Please remember, they’re created for photography use only and are not intended for everyday wear.

When will my order ship?

• On average, your order will ship within 2–3 business days.

• Halos add an extra 2–3 days to your order due to the intricate details that go into making each one.
  
  
• Larger orders may take a bit longer, since each item is lovingly handmade just for you.

• After your order is with the delivery service, USPS or UPS handles it from there. Since it’s out of our control, we can’t guarantee exact shipping times.
  

Preorders

• Shipping times for preorders can vary—see each item’s description for details.

• If your order includes both pre-order and ready-to-ship items, everything will ship together when the pre-order items are ready. We don’t ship them separately.

• If you would like your other items to ship before your pre-order items, please place a separate order for the pre-order items.

My package has arrived… or hasn’t?

If your package says ‘Delivered’ but you don’t see it, follow these steps:

• Reach out to your local post office—they may be able to provide more details about your package.

• Check with your neighbors—mistakes can happen, and they may have received your package by accident.

• Give it a little more time—sometimes a package shows as delivered before it actually arrives.

• If the previous steps don’t resolve the issue, we’re happy to help! Please contact us within 15–30 days of your order to file a claim—you may be eligible for a replacement or credit with the carrier. Claims must be filed within 60 days, so keep an eye on your tracking. For the fastest response, message us on our Facebook page, as emails can sometimes get lost.

• Liam & Ava Handmade props is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Undeliverable Packages

• If a package is returned, we will contact you to determine why it was returned. Please double-check that your address is correct before placing your order, as this is the address we will use for shipping. You will be responsible for any additional shipping fees if the package needs to be reshipped.

Return Policy

• Returned items are eligible for store credit, but they must be new, unused, and in their original packaging. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to be eligible for a return.

• Return shipping is your responsibility if you decide you don’t want items. We may refuse returns if items are used or not in their original condition and packaging.
  

International Shipping

• Your country’s postal service may charge customs fees. Liam & Ava Handmade Props isn’t responsible for these charges and cannot provide details on each country’s customs policies. We are not responsible for any fees.

• If you turn away a package because of customs fees and it’s returned, you’ll get store credit for the item itself, but shipping costs won’t be refunded or included in store credit.

• All items sold by Liam & Ava Handmade Props are intended for use as photography props only.

• All of our products are intended for use as photography props only and should always be used under close adult supervision. Babies and children should never be left unattended while using our props.

• Our props must never be used outside of a photography session.
